Okay...so we are pretty set for OKW in June. I know they will take our luggage to our room (since we will not have a car) and we can just hop on the bus to our room. So, my other question is this: when you're ready to check out, what happens with your luggage? Do we have to carry it ourselves on the bus to the Hospitality House (where we need them to store it anyway)?? A little help......PLEASE!! Thanks!! :teeth:

they will take you and your luggage to your room.

I think you have to call bell services when you get a room - so you might just have the bus drop you off at HH if you want too.

When you arrive, if your room is ready, they will take you and your luggage directly to your room on a little cart. If you check in early and the room isn't ready, they will keep luggage at bell services and bring it to your room when it is ready. You can go through the whole check in procedure, but they will not give you a room number. They will give you a phone number you can call after 4PM or you can stop back at HH to get your room number.

For check out, you call bell services and they will take your bags to the HH and store them there until you are ready to leave. When we go our flight generally doesn't leave until later in the day and we like to spend as much time at the parks as possible since we have AP's.

We've stayed at OKW many times, most of the time with a car, but occasionally taking the Mears shuttle in. They will make it very easy for you to deal with your luggage. Think ahead if they will be holding your luggage as to any items you might want during that time and keep them with you. ::MinnieMo

Thanks everybody.....a great help. To the poster who said "they will take you and your luggage to your room on a cart"........ :rotfl: they have not seen the amount or size of the luggage I bring!! (can we get 2 carts?) :rotfl: Anyways, it's good to know that check out day, I can call them and have them store our bags and we don't have to "lug" them anywhere. Ironically, we'll be going to DTD the day of check out to do some shopping and when we're done that, go the the DoubleTree Hotel there and pick up our rental car. :teeth: With all the transporting they do of our luggage, is it still appropriate to tip $1/bag or more?? :confused3

The carts are of the golf variety and are larger than most! :teeth:
