Remember that at OKW all the views are out what appears to be the back side of the building. The parking lot side has very few windows, so everything in the villas are oriented toward the golf course, woods and canal. . .

. . . I'm also not fond of Turtle Pond. In my half dozen stays in that area, I have yet to have a good view or a good location.

We've had better luck than Diane in our Turtle Pond experiences. We've yet to have what we considered a "bad" view. That being said, aka Larry David, Turtle Pond is like Dicken's A Tale of Two Cities -- It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. . . In this case its location. When our kids were still tweens and teens buildings 40 - 44 were fantastic with the proximity to the pool, Turtle Shack, and the bus stop. Building 38 was just too far from everything, pool, bus stop. We agree with Diane about the views from buildings 45 and 46. Since our kids are now young adults the HH is now our favorite location. Proximity to the Gurgling Suitcase has nothing to do with it.
