Okw Location

Cant wait, staying in a one bedroom once again at OKW May 7th. Last time I stayed at a great location right down the street from a little pool and our balcony overlooked a small water pond. I want to request the same building but cannot remember. I think it might be turtle pond area does anyone have a particular building they like that is quite and has a nice view from the balcony area? Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks everyone!!

We stayed in a two bedroom last October on Old Turtle Pond road and it was great - beautiful view of golf course and water - fed the ducks every day, watched a turtle swimming in the water - very peaceful and pretty. It was right behind the bus stop and just a quick walk to the pool - I'm pretty sure it was building 33.

We liked the Southpoint or Turtle Pond area.

Southpoint is pretty far from the main area, but it has lovely woods views, it's close to the walkway to SSR & DTD, it has a quiet pool and a bus stop very conveniently close.

Turtle Pond has nice golf course views. It's also pretty far from the main area. It had mostly golf course views, I think. It has a bus stop and a quiet pool conveniently close as well, and the quiet pool at Turtle Pond has a snack bar that is open seasonally.

As far as both of these areas distance from the main area...the good thing about OKW is that the resort buses are also the internal buses. Every bus stops at the main area, Hospitality House (HH), on the way out of the resort, so if walking is a problem, you can hop on any bus to get to the HH.

OKW is a great resort. It is our home resort, and we do love it there. Love the themeing, love the relaxed feel of the resort, love that it's set up like a little town.

I have a ressie for a two bedroom from Oct 14 to 21. I have requested a room near the HH. Is there any noise problems or anything being this close to the HH? I requested this location for the kids as they wanted this area.

I have to tell you that all the locations for a one bedroom are great at OKW. You are always close to a pool and bus stop. I never had a bad location at OKW.
