OKW life vests for 4 yr olds?

We'll be staying at OKW in mid March and I want to confirm that OKW and other pools have life vests for small kids. This will save me from bringing our floaties..

Can anyone confirm that the pools still have these kiddie life vests?

I believe you can get them at Hanks Rent & Return next to the Community Hall.

You can sign one out for the length of your stay. You show them your room card and they will have you sign a paper saying you'll bring it back by your check-out day or they will charge your CC some crazy amount of money ($40 or $50 I think). We always do this on our arrival day so we have a vest to use at all pools and water parks during our stay. Just be sure to keep track of it especially at the water parks.

Although we brought a life vest from home, our 4 yr. old DD loved going down the slide at OKW. She did just fine with the vest!

We saw lots of yellow vests on little ones. Just pick one up at Hanks!

Just concurring. We did this with our children as toddlers. With our son being such a little guy (slim/skinny), it was a relief to have a lifevest that fit him and that he could use the entire stay, rather than trying to find one each time we went to the pool.

Thanks for all of your responses. Getting these life vests for the entire week is such a great convenience.. We're sitting here in a northeaster this morning and talking about the pool and the slide at OKW.. my son just said..

"hey mom, you mean I can jump in the pool and I'll bounce right up?"..

Well, I'm not sure about the jumping part, but the life vests will give alot of piece of mind..

can't wait for our first DVC trip in 4 weeks!
