OKW Hospitality House Buildings

Anybody know which OKW buildings are considered "Hospitality House" buildings? My DH and her family are booked for HH area but we are on a wait list. We will be there 11/1 so I assume we our wait list isn't going to come through. We get there the night before my DH and her family arrive (the will be there the following morning) so I am hoping to ask for a room in a building that may not be considered one of the Hospitality House buildings but are close and see if I can also ask that they be given a room there too. Last year we were in building 16 and it was close to the HH but don't know if it is considered in the HH area. Also, does anybody know if you can get 2 1 bedrooms as connecting rooms.

11 to 14 and 23 to 26 are "near HH".

1 bedrooms only connect to studios.

Make sure you have a "Travel with" notice placed on BOTh reservations of the other reservation number. That way the CM doing the room assignments, know what you are requesting and does not miss the request by only looking at one of the reservations.

Can I do this online? I've looked and can't figure out where to do it. Also does it matter that we will arrive a day ahead of DD & family? We are driving from NJ and will get there around 8:00 at night. They are also driving but not straight through like we are so they will get there around 9:30 the next morning.

Just use the website to send an e-mail to MS to put the "Travel with" notice on both reservations.
It should not matter but as with any request, it is a request not a garrantee.
