Here is a map of OKW. The HH area has the front desk, main pool, store and restaurants.

Buildings 11 - 14 (directly across parking area of Hospitality House) and
Buildings 23 - 26 ( Penninsular Road )
and Buildings 62 - 64 ( believe these are primarily reserved for guests with special needs )

It is a booking category but when it was initiated points were not changed ( raised or lowered ) for these buildings. These buildings are considered to be 'closest' to HH location.

That is correct. They are not included in the HH area. They are also the only buildings with elevators, so they are often used for people with mobility issues. Remember that none of the "near HH" category buildings have a second entrance in to the bathroom on one & two bedroom units, the only entrance is through the master bedroom, depending upon the dynamics of your party, it may not be the best area for you if someone if sleeping on the sofa bed. Buildings 30 and higher have two entrances, one through the master bedroom, and a second through the laundry room.

Does anyone have a favourite building out of the those near HH ones?

Iam hoping to book this category for next July for a studio...any suggestions on a building to request? ...welike to be as close as possible to main pool and counter service.

The basic differences is 11 to 14 will be wooded views, and 23 to 26 will be golf or water views. 11 to 14 will be the closest, but all are very convenient to the HH area. 23 to 26 are closest to the first bus stop on the route (Peninsular Road), 11 to 14 are the last bus stop on the route (Hospitlity House/North Cove Road).
