We came home from our daughter's volleyball game to an email saying Disney passed up their ROFR on the 190 pts we made an offer on!
My wife is so excited I don't think she's going to be able to sleep tonight!!!
With luck, in June we will be going home!!!!!!!!!!!!

In answer to some of the questions...
Yes, this was our 1st purchase. Been thinking about it a long time.
Finally took the plunge.
Terms...we are paying $71/pt + 1/4 of 2003 dues + closing costs.
(all 2003 points are banked)
I know we probably could have done better, but we were attracted by all the banked points. Plus, I was trying to walk the fine line between getting a good deal and making it too good and not getting past the ROFR.
I'm going to try to keep the word "add-on" out of our vocabulary for now. At least until we get this one paid for.

Time to start seriously planning our 1st trip home...
