OKW GV or 3 DS at Poly, which is more likely?

I’m planning a large family Disney trip and I’m wondering which is more likely to have availability Sunday - Saturday in January 2021 (still have lots of time but I’m trying to plan ahead!); a GV at OKW or 3 deluxe studios at Poly. Poly is one of my home resorts, so I’d be able to book 1 of the rooms at 11 months out and book 3 days of another room, then have to wait until 7 months for the rest...any help is appreciated! I’m starting to get nervous there won’t be availability...
