OKW Grand Villa July/Aug

Looking to get a ressie or swap points to get a grand villa for a week next year, anybody open?? I will need roughly 501 points.

I have 210 with BCV. I will be banking 2004 pts and will borrow 2006's for the swap. I have rented out points in the past, but this will be my first time swapping.

I have family from OR and VA getting together next year, and DH and I would like to take care of the acommodations for the trip and keep everyone together. Any tips or sugestions would be appreciated.
