OKW Grand Villa at 7 Month Window

We have never tried to reserve a grand villa either at OKW or SSR. How difficult is it to get a grand villa at the 7 month window and when is the best time of year to try to rent one?

to get Sept, Jan - maybe May. you might be able to get one in the summer?

don't know about spring break?

January, February, August, September should all be doable, but not sure about anything else.
