Yes, it starts at 2:00pm and will be held at the CR Convention Center. I'd get there early, if you're 10 minutes late you will have missed both of the scheduled meetings.

It is OPEN to the public.

You will NOT be allowed to discuss/comment prior to the voting. Doc has pointed this out in other threads, but it bears mentioning again.
