Are there possibilities of adjoining rooms at the OKW.
As in we are going with young teens and thinking of 2 studios.
A door between the 2 would be great and yet cost effective.
I think the OKW studios are on the ends of the buildings so you would either be on different floors (one of you in the studio directly above the other) or on opposite ends of the building.
OKW doesn't have "floors" in the usual sense with a hallway going from one end of the floor to the other. Each building has several stairways that serve a small number of the rooms in that building. To get from a studio on the 2nd floor on one end of the building to the studio on the 2nd floor on the opposite end of the building would require you to go down the stairs, follow the walkway to the parking lot, walk to the other end of the building, follow the walkway to the appropriate stairway and go up the stairs to the other studio. (It may be different in the buildings that have elevators -- I've never been in one of those buildings). I really like this arrangement because there is very little noise outside the door to your villa since very few people walk past your door. If someone did need two studios for their group, it would actually be more convenient to have the two that are one above the other on the same end of the building since you would only be a set of stairs away from one another.
Like chalee94 says, studios only connect to a one bedroom villa to create a two bedroom lockoff. Or they are dedicated (meaning they don't connect to anything). There are studios that might be next to each other at some locations, but they are few and far between. And they would not connect (but they would adjoin).
You might also run into the worst of all scenarios with 2 Studios. For the most part MS will probably try to get you pretty close, but there are no guarantees. You could have one group end up in Bldg 50 on South Point Road and the other in Bldg 22 on Millers Road. That would be a hike between the two across the golf course or even further by the road.
