OKW experts which building to request?

Are there any buildings that have been rehabed that also have nice views? We really need the sleeper chair or someone will have to sleep on an air mattress. View is important to us because we spend a lot of time on the balcony. I didn't realize how important until our April trip where we had a less than spectacular view in building 24. TIA

They all have nice views. If I had my choice, I'd get an non-refurbished room because I'm not really fond of the new decor.

Well, I agree that they all have nice views-almost all. We weren't crazy about the view from Building 40. Of the ones we've had, we really liked the view from Building 15 and 32 best.

BTW, Deb & Bill, I know what you mean about Yellowstone-it really does have a magical draw.

It sounds like buildings 45 and 46 have been renovated, and they have SUPER views of the canal. They are by far the best views in OKW.

I've always liked Turtle Pond Road water views and I believe many of those buildings have been renovated.

Buildings 53 -55 have nice views and pool across the parking lot.

Really? How far from the main area is 45/46? I have requested a 1 bdrm near HH with a great view and the CM said she would put in 23-26 for a request...but I would call and change it. Being a bit farther for privacy wouldnt be a bad thing either if its an all around better place to be.

You can see the boats from buildings 45, 46, and 55 and a couple of end units in 56.

I believe units 23-26 are among the one bedrooms that the only entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom.

I know to some this is a problem.

We're just back from a stay in bldg. 32. The room was recently renovated, and I thought the view was lovely. There were only 4 of us, but my youngest liked sleeping on the sleeper chair.
