OKW Check-in Request - help please!

We have not stayed at OKW in 8 years and now there are so many more options. We have a 2BR villa (not near HH). We would like to be in one of the buildings with an elevator and a water view would be nice. Would I be better off selecting elevator and Miller's Road, or elevator and canal view?

My 78 year old mother is undergoing chemo and my dad is 92, so having the elevator would be a bonus (or a ground floor room).

Suggestions and tips would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

What ever you request, make sure that you note that the request is for medical reasons.

Hi I would call member services and let them know of your situation. I agree let them know you need to be in a building with an elevator. I think all the elevator rooms are right near the hospitality house, so that would be a water view.
