OKW Boat to DS

Pretty sure I know the answer to this, but does anyone know for certain if they still haven't started boat service from OKW to DS?

Pretty sure I know the answer to this, but does anyone know for certain if they still haven't started boat service from OKW to DS?

I'm not there so can't say with 100% certainty, but as far as I've seen from various posts around the DIS, they are still not operating.
