OKW and scooter storage?

We have been DVC since 2015, but our upcoming trip in June will be our first stay at OKW with my parents. My dad has has both of his knees replaced and needs a scooter to help him get around while at WDW. I understand that there are very few buildings at OKW with elevators. Where do we park his scooter if we get assigned a 2nd story villa that does not have an elevator?

You either reserve an accessible villa, or request 1st floor as your only request and offer to wait for one if it isn’t granted. There is no storage available.
