about another company that sells DVC? I am wondering if anyone has any experience buying or selling with DVC Magic Resales. The rate to sell is cheaper right now and the woman who answered the phone (who I think is the owner) seemed nice.

I too am working with Rachel. It appears she worked for another company for a long time doing DVC before starting her own business, DVC Magic. I am currently working my 2nd contract with her as the 1st got ROFR'd. Rachel has been very easy to work with and is very fast with communications.

She used to work at Fidelity. I've bought from her and am now selling with her. She is quick with communication and responding to emails. Had a bay lake contract I listed last month within a week we had almost a full price offer. I listed a boardwalk contract at the same that so far has received nothing. I don't think its her fault though.
