gonna get hooked... Well as you look around and see all the Disney Stuff you have... What is your main collection (now that you are hooked) ... Is it Pins, Snow Globes, Watches or something unique?

Come on share it with us... What Disney Items do you Collect?

We collect a variety of things . . .pins, plates, snowglobes, beanies, vintage lunchboxes . . .I have my entire computer room filled with Disney stuff . . .My most favorite is my 1971 copy of Life Magazine which on the cover has Cinderella's Castle with all the employees and characters and the front page title of the magazine is "Disney World Opens". The magazine is dated October 15th 1971. We have that set up in a really nice frame to keep it mint . . .I got that on ebay :D The pins we had collected from our 2000 WDW trip are in a box type frame. We kept it a Millennium theme with several different Millennium edition pins, then we have some loose pins set up on top of that. I also have some vintage figurines that I bought at WDW in 1979, along with some Disney finger puppets . . .I can keep collecting and collecting, I love this stuff!

I collect four different things:

*pins
*Mickey Beanies
*Snowglobes (exactly two and that's the way it's staying)
*points on my AmEx for all the charges at WDW :D

Start with snow globes the beanie for awhile then cruise stuff the PINS now plates m and more PINS. We are having a office built and will be making it Disney theme. DH bought athe $100 Mickey and Minnie plush when they were 50% off to be our resident coustmers

Even though I have more pins than snowglobes I think of my Snowglobes as my main collection.
I also have a very large collection of Mickeys, statues, beanies, keychains, etc. I never counted them but I am sure over 200.
And I frame all the lithographs that I get from TDS for purchasing a video.
but my main three collectables are
1. Snowglobes
2. Pins
3. Mickey Peggie

I collect anything Eeyoreish. From Keychains to Statues to socks I am trying to get it all atleast so my dbf keeps telling me ;) I have both classic and disney Eeyores

My last trip to WDW put me at over 700 items. I tried specializing on Xmas stuff at first, then moved to mugs, plush, watches clocks now its pretty much anything I can find. The latest addition being pins, but I blame you guys for that :D

I collect anything Disney....I have no specific area. If I like it and it is Disney I usually buy it. Except for the Cell I wanted (too much cash at the time)...LOL:D

With the one exception noted below I don't collect any one thing. I collect things from the folowing themes:

1. Villains
2. Peter Pan (not big on Tink)
3. Marvin Martian
4. Nightmare Before X-Mas

I have posters, a couple of sericels, scupltures, snowglobes, and jsut about anything else that fell into my themes that caught my eye.

I also tend to collect books, especially Art of... or Making of... books.

Anything and everything with Pluto on it! Keychains, comic books, plush, porcelin, plastic and a Pez dispenser too!

I started with the mini-bean bags, and was going for them all, big mistake :) so have limited them to just Pooh.

I also collect pins and a few snow globes, and anything having to do with the Animal Kingdom.
