Okay well you can do one of two thing.
1) You can talk to him and tell him you like him too but you can't do that to Rachel.

2) Talk to Rachel. Say "I don't want to hurt your feelings but I thought you should know that Jackson likes me." See how she reacts to that and then decide if you want to tell her you like him too.
