We've heard about the cold weather in the Orlando area right now. The weather forecast called for snow flurries today. How is the weather in Florida right now from people that are actually there? Inquiring minds want to know ...

Did you get any snow?????

Real snow on Main Street would be such an awesome picture.

WDW had a few "snow flurries" . I work there and i had arrived there to start work at 6 am and it had been raining slightly then next thing i know, here come the snow flurries! Was kinda fun!

We had flurries and then sleet over here in Daytona Beach(about and hour from WDW). I was also told there was snow as far south as Naples.

I feel so badly for people who got snow for their Florida vacation. It's just not supposed to work that way.

I don't even care for the fake snow during MVMCP and surely wouldn't want the real thing.

By the time the parks were opening it was sleet. I was going to run over to Magic Kingdom if it had been snowing.

I ran through the parks for the half marathon. No snow, just sleet.

We had a few flurries and than sleet freezing rain over here on the coast in Viera. Just south of the Port (10 min) and 45 min East of Disney.

My best friend in Ocala, Florida had her husband wake her up with "Honey there's an icy mixture on the car!" They did take pictures but haven't shared them with me yet. They are both from the north (she's Canadian) so snow is not a real novelty for them but they thought they'd escaped that by moving south last year

Sorry it ended up just being an icky mess. We head down in a couple of weeks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed all this cold weather blows up and over to the east like it is suppose to by then.

It was definitely just an icky mess.

But I have to say...the sound of sleet landing on palm trees is not something I have ever heard before.

Rope drop...

Yeah...NO ONE was there. There were probably 40 of us waiting at "rope drop" to ride Space Mountain.

I got on Buzz after riding SM a few times and they let me ride 9 times in a row without getting off. It was fun! FINALLY scored 999999! (on my 9th ride)
