Okay Question...... When is the Year of a Million Dreams Over?

I am trying to sneakyly(is that even a word) plan a surprise trip for my daughters Gotcha Day (Adoption Day) in December and was wondering when the "year" was up... I have tried to look everywhere and I can not seam to find any dates for this promotion. Does anyone know?
