Okay....looking for inspiration for nurse's aides

I am trying to finish up the gift bags for my nurse's aides and I am trying to find either an inexpensive book or something I can print offline that would be encouraging/inspirational for nursing assistants. Any ideas? Anyone? Poems, short stories, jokes, whatever.
