Okay, I've HAD IT with the Disney Movie Rewards Program - Help please!

Okay, I have a ton of Disney movies that I've purchased since the DMR program started, and all of the codes are just waiting to be used. However, every time I go to try to log-in to the account (for the first time, mind you) as soon as I click on the "I accept these terms" bubble, the Login button disappears. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what I can do to resolve said problem? I plan on contacting Disney directly at some point, but I wanted to try asking on here first, since their sites tend to enjoy sending me useless automated responses.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
after checking that button, click into one of the text boxes and hit enter and that should take you to the next page. sounds like you have an issue with your PC.
