I've just returned from my Sales Conference which went pretty good I must say.... alot of work, alot of stress, and alot of fun.... I'm absolutely exhausted, but it was good.

So anyway, the owners of our company are big into golf, hence we have a Best Ball Tournament on Tuesday.... participation is mandatory, but I actually enjoy it... never play otherwise. Okay....shutup and tell the story Fish... sheeshh!!!

There's a new girl in the office.... she came up for Tuesday only.... kind of a "get to know people" sort of thing, and she was therefore put on one of the golf teams. At 1:00 all 89 of the participants are scrambling to find the team they are playing on, cart they belong in, the clubs they are hitting with, and the balls they are about to lose in the woods and water. Sarah and I are running around trying to place name tags in everyone's hands, and Sarah points the newby out...... there she is.... ready to golf!!!! Super short skirt, low cut tank top and HIGH HEELS!!! HELLOOOOO?!?!?!?!? Okay, I can accept that she's never played golf before.... afterall, that was me four years ago.... and I can accept that she didn't know quite what to expect....afterall, not everyone gets the concept of the game..... BUT you'd have to have been locked in a basement with no contact with the outside world to not have known that you CAN NOT play golf in high heels...... it's not the walk that will get you (although, I'd hate to be chasing a ball for 18 holes in those awful things), and it's not the stance at the tee that will do you in (that would have been funny to see), and I don't even think it would be the sandtrap shots that would be your demise (I wonder how far those heels would sink before they permanantly stuck)...... no, I'm pretty sure you're real enemies in this would be the grounds keepers and serious golfers when they saw the gigantic holes you placed in every one of their 18 greens!!!!   What in the world was she thinking????? Needless to say, someone borrowed her some Tennis shoes..... good thing for me I wear a size 5!!

Oh, and as a side salad story, her low cut tank top did not uphold it's end of the deal either....... can we say support???

Maybe she was on the hunt for some rich golfers and not really wanting to play golf?

Did the males on her team feel that her low cut tank top was a ..........HANDICAP????;) :jester: :smooth: ;) :jester: :smooth:

I have soooo missed your 'take' on things Heidi :p

No, you are not just being silly, she was being a nitwit!!!

Welcome back!!!!

ROFL!! I have no words of wisdom except to say it must be a sign of the times! We've got a girl that wears the swishy pants material to work with skin tight tops that barely and I do mean barely cover her belly button. Now keep in mind I work for a Fortune 500 company in the accounting department. Ten years ago she would have been sent home! Of course we had a different style of management then! Funny thing is she's single always complaining about not being able to get a date, but spends 95% of her time throwing herself in front of the married men! Duh? Wonder what's wrong with this picture. At least it gives us some "cheap" entertainment!:)

Haha!! I love free spirits like her!

We used to have a woman that lived across the street from us who did all the yard work. She had long, long, bleached blonde hair, always wore a skin tight, low cut blouse, red short shorts, black stockings and black high heels to mow the lawn. She looked a lot like Pamela Anderson. At first I thought she was a little different, but once I got to know her, she was just the sweetest person!! :) :) I got such a kick out of her!

Maybe she wore the heels to aerate the fairways. Although I'm sure the groundskeepers don't need her aerating the greens with those things.

What a twit. I hope she made a good "impression" with the boss.
