Okay, I'm Asking One More Time! (Rock N Rollercoaster)

OP is that the only roller coaster that you have gone on that has made you feel like that?
Do you normally even go on coasters?

Yes! Another great question! Maybe it isn't about how I push down the restraint. I love coasters. Never felt that sensation on any other ride at all! :(

Well if you go on other coasters that go upside down and you only have ever experienced this sensation on RNR then my thought is you are fine. Just be sure to pull the restraint down far enough.
I have a large bust and on rides I always push the restraints a bit tighter than I would initially like to because I want to ensure that I am in properly for the ride whether my bust likes it or not lol.

Never had a spine rattle. I've experienced head banging from the roughness of the ride and the design off the restraints.

Hmmm. Reading your reply again. When you say head-banging, and retraint design... I am put in the mind that head-banging is "related" to my spine rattling. I do not recall head-banging... only the spine thing. Yet, one can say they are related.

Thank you Queen. I will certainly consider this! I really want to get on the ride again, and have indeed always enjoyed the ride in spite of the rattling. The "Rattling" didn't even bother me.

I found the ride extremely smooth. In middle age I have found i'm a lot more prone to motion sickness and being banged around yet me and my son rode this coaster 3 times in a row without a problem. One time on flying school at lego land and I was banged up enough not to want to go on again. Plus you get a picture.

To Everyone that responded....
I want to thank you all.
Three-four-ten heads are better than one.
Thanks to this board... I almost sure that I am going put RNR back on my itinerary for this November visit. A person sometimes can't sort these things out on their own. You need input from others. The key is in asking the right questions and that's exactly what I got here on the boards!
I can't say how times I've change my mind on things via edification from the DIS boards. From thinking that I would NEVER want to do Disney alone, only to realize via this forum (based on my own introverted personalty type) - that ALONE would be the best way to experience Disney for me. To finding out that I could indeed break my addition to POFQ (a post of mine from 2015) and enjoy another resort. I learn and grow (Disney-wise) on this forum and I so thank you guys! It's also good to realize that there are no real "stupid" questions. You guys read my long-winded posts and no one has ever complained. Sorry if I sound a tad melodramatic... but for me it's humbling and I so appreciate it. Almost near tears.
Thank you all again!

Yes, I too am seeing that I am left feeling banged-up, when I did not feel that way over the years. I was always a tad afraid of the ride, but this last time in 2015 - after feeling battered by the ride... that's when I told myself... no more. Just chalking this up to age. I don't care how young we look and / or feel. At some point in time your age will ALWAYS tell on you in some way, shape or fashion.

I'd describe my experiences as head/collarbone-rattling. Sooooo, in the same ballpark. I can't ride 2 times in a day-- once is enough. (I have a thin frame, maybe that's why. My 6'6" arhletic-build son feels the same way.)
