What are your goals for today?
It looks like everyone had a good day yesterday.
Hats off to you who fought back the cookie monster and refused to be a couch potato!
So drink that water and move your booty today!!
For me goals today are:
1. Water...100 oz. (32oz down so far)
2. Treadmill 30 minutes
3. Positive Meditation 15 minutes
4. NO SNACKING! My big problem!

It is psychologically helpful that it happened to drop be from the 1y2 to 1x9.
Anyone else do it this way?
