who else puts clothes on their dog? DBF thinks I am crazy b/c I have already got Princess a few outfits. Do you get them Christmas outfits for a picture with Santa?

She already has:
pink/orange stiped Isaac Mizrahi polo
UofL t-shirt
Grey shirt with "Princess" in pink
Red coat with black fauz fur around neck and wrists

I want to get her a couple sweaters and boots. I think we should get her boots since her feet get cold/wet on the grass. Does anyone else have doggie boots? Does your dog like them? :dog:

You're darned right I do! Mostly designer stuff - a Burberry coat with fur collar, Swarovski Crystal collar, etc. It's pathetic I know. I call her my "menapausal Barbie". Dress her up, carry her around...sheesh
BTW-my ChootChoot is going to have her one year birthday on Nov 7 and she's almost a whopping 4 pounds!!

My best friend does, the dog has just as much clothes as her and her husband.

When DH met me, he was shocked to find that my poodle had a whole wardrobe (and her own closet - a tiny one, but hers :) ) She had tons of sweaters, t shirts, coats, a rain coat (wouldn't wear the boots) and even costumes. Now my poodle is male and although he can wear some of her things, the pink fuzzy sweater and the cheerleader skirt are just wrong for him :teeth:

My favorite one is the t shirt that says "Frankly Rover, I don't give a woof!"

Laurie :)

My baby (also known as Milo) has:
a sheriff Woody outfit, complete with badge and stetson
a yellow duffel coat
a black 'Rocky' style rain jacket
a Burberry coat
a plain green caot
a plain blue coat
a Harley Davidson T shirt
a Harley Davidson hat
a NY Yankee's hat
a stripey scarf
a selection of bandanas
and his favourite, a Superdog T shirt with a cape

and for Christmas he's getting a knitted jumper and leg warmers to match his scarf.

He's a very spoiled little boy!

Yeah, we have a few things and I am going to look into getting him booties of some sort to keep his feet dry and warm. He already doesn't like going out in the morning when the grass is covered with frost, so January and 4 foot drifts of snow might be a little shocking for him.

DH just gives me this look  when I bring something new home. I do part-time day care and when the Mom saw Dash yesterday in his pirate bandana she got this cute look on her face and said to me that they will have to find him something for Christmas.

My favorite outfit is the one he is wearing below because it is so fitting, he is named after an Incredibles character, so of course he had to have that shirt.

why don't we post pics of our dogs in costume? my daughter dresses our boxer all year round and when she takes his pic it looks as if he rolling his eyes at her LOL

I will dig some up and post them

Harley has some clothes but he's grown out of some and really hates wearing any of it, which is so disappointing! Both of them have several Disney tees but it's too hot to wear anything here still so maybe when it cools down I can put them on them both and see how Winston reacts =)

Milo loves wearing clothes. He even asks for them; he'll sit by his Superdog T shirt and cry 'till someone puts it on for him. He even tries to help, but he thinks everything goes on like his collar, so it's not much help.

We have a coat and some snow booties for our dog, but it's more beacuse she's a greyhound with 0% body fat; and when she goes out in the snow, she's cold for hours afterwards.
