I have actually been cooking alot lately. I'm not working as much at Universal anymore, and everyone seems to be home in the evenings lately so I have been cooking. Tonight, I wanted to get fancy so I am making Cornish Hens, cornbread dressing, corn on the cob, and cranberry sauce. Yum! I can smell the hens in the oven right now!
