OK, what is the new policy on FOTL for onsite guests?

Previous posts say that FOTL for onsite guests is good one time for each ride. I watched the video and they show a family waving one key card at the attendant. The attendant drops the rope and the family dashes in. There were no kiosks that scan the ticket or any way to track it. I assume that the video has the most updated information.

So what is it? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

This forum ought to have the name changed to what's new about FOTL - seeing as the computers have not been installed in the rides yet, that would be the reason that the video doesn't show anything. The video, just like any other, is representitive, it shows the concept that you can access the ride. The system will get tweaked as it is implemented.

Hi Earl!
This is a stupid question... but here goes...
We are staying at HRH, but purchasing our tickets through AAA. Does this change our FOTL status? We will have a three day pass. Would we still just have to show our room key at the attraction? (hopefully)
Thanks so much!!
Sandy

Just received my planning video and they really push the "No Line, No Wait express ride access all day everday day at both theme parks" They also say that multi-day ticket holders can enjoy "no line, no wait" express access by reserving specific times at select attractions throughout the day". The included pamphlets both mention this perk several times. I quote, "P.S. Be sure to check out all the special theme park benefits - including "No Line, No Wait" express ride access - enjoyed by guests staying at UNIVERSAL Orlando's on-site hotels!"
Doesn't sound like they are planning any changes in the near future if this is the main focus of the planning video.

Exlucisons to the "No Line, No Wait" express access are Pterandodon Flyers, One Fish, Two Fish ... front row of Dueling Dragons and Incredible Hulk and the water slide at Fievel's Playland. This according to the vacation planning video box.

No changes anytime soon? Well, there's about 300 people going vrazy doing nothing then.

As to on-site and three day passes, technically you can use both. The room card that each person gets will give you walk-up access, the 3 day requires you go to a kisok and set a time, 3 at a time. Between the two, you could ride the same attractions twice in a day.

The video does show "Restrictions apply" to the "No line, no wait" thing. I guess the restrictions for FOTL is one ride per day.

Latest video package states no line, no wait access at all rides and attractions theme parks during normal operating hours - seven days a week, 365 days a year. Pretty misleading advertising if it only lasts until March!

I'm planning on making a 2-night ressie for the last 2 days of our trip in June, but I'll keep the same nights at the AKL until I know more about the FOTL status.
We just got the USE planning video, and I agree it really emphasizes the unlimited FOTL perk! The kids and I had a ball watching the horrible cheesy acting on the video - what a hoot!
