OK we did it- gave up Bounceback!

So we gave up our bounceback discount last night after much thought. We were at the CR atrium level, but my DH really wants to stay at the WL. After much researching- I was getting excited about the WL too- having never stayed there before. (We have stayed at the CR three times) So I called last night and switched our ressie from CR atrium level to WL Club level and even though we switched it was $100 cheaper without the bounceback!! So now I am excited and so is my DS6. I will continue waiting and looking for a december code/pin (never got one though). Any suggestion for WL? We are going 12/6-10 and it seems to be a really popular time and resort- cant wait!!!

though you could still use the bounceback when you switched resorts.

the WL is cheaper than CR. CR has larger rooms.

I really wanted to do that but with the bounceback no rooms were open even though the resort had rooms open. So we finally just switched- Really hope they come out with a code!!

All I can say is ENJOY . The WL is AWESOME at Christmas time . The decorations are fabulous and really put you in the Christmas spirit .

Don't mention it . You will NOT be disappointed . One thing I forgot to mention was make sure you take a carriage ride.....it's awesome . It starts right outside the front of the lodge and goes back through Fort Wilderness (or it did a few years ago). It's been a couple of years since we did it so I don't remember exactly how I booked it, but maybe someone else will come along with some info on that . Or check the WL thread and it might be there. But it was so nice.....I would highly recommend it . Have a great trip...there's nothing better than being in Disney at Christmas time .
