You just view it and copy the URL by right clicking it and paste it in an email.

Oh because

I couldnt get the email to work because it tried opening an email on my computer but I dont use the email on my computer I use a websight based email

So it pulled open an email window (even though i dont have an adress) with the message and there was the code there so i just copied it.
