ok so how can I say this eloquently.....

Yea there is no wat to say it eloquently.... Some food for thought:
- Start your day with a cup of coffee and pepto chaser!
- Do you exercise regularly? Sometimes exercise can promote "regularity" and for those who don't normally exercise walking 3 or 4 miles a day may shock your bowls into hyperdrive.
- Do you wory about having to "go" while in the middle of a 45 minute line? The anxiety over having to go sometimes makes you want to go.
- Stay away from the Monte Cristo. :thumbsup2

I guess there is no way but the subject was brought up on another thread and I felt it deserved its own thread...so here it goes....I go to DL ALOT!!! and every stinking time I go I end up with stomach problems...uh the backed up kind:rolleyes1 ...someone mentioned that one needed to drink alot of water to avoid that but I feel like I drink alot of water while Im there...other than coffee in the am and the occasional soda here and there, I usually only drink water...so how much is enough water???????

I'm just wondering....what rides do you go on?
Tower of Terror, Maliboomer, California Screamin, will shake your insides, as will the spinning rides.

Do you people watch Any TV??? The Activia Yogurt commercial is on every
3rd commercial for people with digestive track problems, Just 6 weeks of the stuff is suppose to help you right along. For the rest of time.

Maybe that's it, you've been on TOT too many times and it's given you a whacked out digestive system!!!

Actually, people, I have to share a room with her in October, so her non-going problems gain me bathroom time!! :lmao: :rotfl2:

Only applicable for those who have somehow divined the location of the secret bathroom. Personally, I think it's a myth, like Bigfoot, or someone enjoying Innoventions.

Hey! We LOVED Innoventions! All five of us! The kids asked if we could dedicate an afternoon to it on our December trip. And, no, I'm not kidding!

I live with four techno-geeks. I just like that dining room table in the house of the future. I could play there all day!

In a time, long long ago, I was the captain of a 59 ft charter sailing yacht. My guests would arrive and without fail, someone would need the assistance of the "little pink pill".

When we travel our diet changes, we don't drink enough water and all the other things suggested here.

I began to suggest 100% fruit juice to my guests (it worked much better if I added rum to the glass), I would garnish the plates with yummy fruit and served lots of great veggies and salads.

Just keep an eye on your diet......drink an extra couple of glasses of water...some 100% juice and you should "hear the angels sing" before you know it!!!

I would just pack stool softners, and take them at night, before bed. My great-uncle used to always recommend a coffee and cigarette lol (I am not recommending it, just thought it was funny.) He seriously did!

My son doesn't like to go when we're on vacation, at all. On our last trip, he was even crying about it (and we were in our hotel room.) I felt so bad for him.

What was the name of that guy from American Pie again? I can't think of it. Was it Finch?

I can vouch for the proven prune method! We order in groceries and prunes are one of the must haves on the list.

Whenever we travel anywhere it always knocks my system out of whack. Unfortunately for me, I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home too. The only things that saves me at DL is that I am so tired at the end of the day that my body has no choice but to sleep!

Ha...this thread has cracked me up. Finally someone had the guts to ask what the rest of us didn't. Anyways...on my last trip ...I learned that a cup of hot green tea every morning really helped me out.

This has been a helpful thread. I've been thinking that eating healthier will help me enjoy the visit even more and not worry about stomach issues.
