Ok, Signed up for DME, but

When I tried to give them my flight information they were only interested in the flight numbers for the final leg of my journey.

I would have thought they would want all of it because what if the flights are delayed. So, I thought I would check my reservation online to see if they noted that I was using DME. It was however, it said that my destination origin was unknown even though I tried to provide it.

Is this normal? Should I call them back? Anyone know?

Yes, that is normal. The same thing happened to me, the online info did not contain all the flight information and contained "unknowns". I was concerned, so I called CRO and they assured me everything was ok. They said just having the Date and flight number will give them all the rest of the info. Now that I received all the DME tags and info, I do see that it contains the missing info as well.

To put your mind at ease, and just incase there might be a problem, give them a call anyway.

Thanks. The more I thought about it the odder I thought it was, especially since I am traveling on Delta (one of the participating airlines).

Do you know if I have to tell Delta anything?

The return flights are the important ones for time and date.
They need that info to get your return time for the bus back.

The arrival flights they mostly need just the time for planning .They will pull your bags as long as they have the Yellow DME tags on them and Check you in at the counter.That will be taken care of by the scanners of Check-in and bags will keep all together.


Also keep in mind that CRO is just the Middle man with DME so they might have 1 thing showing on their computer and DME will have the correct one .You can call DME direct as well .
