OK, remind me about upgrading park tickets

If I want to upgrade a ticket that I already have, do I do it at the parks' guest services or can the Contemporary's guest services do it for me?

It depends on what you want to upgrade to.

If you have MYW tickets and want to add days or options, then you can do it at the resorts Lobby Concierge desk (formerly Guest Services).

If you want to upgrade to an AP/PAP/SP, then it can only be done at the Guest Relations windows at the parks or DTD.
