Ok Received a check from disney

I recieved a check from Disney Worldwide Services, Inc ??? No letter and no phone number to call.
Has an website that I can go to but can't access it.

Please help, how should I contact??

I thought is was a scam, but come to find out it wasn't. Due to my allergies were ignored by housekeeping- they(the Resort) wanted to Compensate me for the lack of care due to housekeeping.

Repeatedly told them I didn't want anything(no return of points, gift cards, no free dining, no fast passes) just wanted the problem solved. I was surprised that a check arrived in the mail. I didn't expect it.

This kind of happened to me. We were in a 1 BR at BLT and my daughters infant lost his dinner. We called housekeeping and they said they would be right up. Well, they never showed even after several phone calls. We cleaned up the mess and did the best we could for that night. The next day housekeeping showed up to clean the carpet. Low and behold, 2 weeks after we were home from our trip a check shows up. It was way more than I would have expected----and yes was used towards our next trip.

It would have been nice if a letter accompany with the check, instead of me spends a couple of hours trying to find out why I received it.
But pixies dust comes in a shapes and size, even in a check.
