"she" is a made up fictictious charater that decides if what you're wearing is good enough in the parks - "she" is an existing board member/manager who thought it would be funny. The vast opionion is that it's not. I believe "she" was a marketing tool hoped to be used to increase dis newletter subscribership for commerical purposes. But it backfired.
