Ladies, what do you think of the MGM stuntshow? Should I skip it? I don't get excited about cars or stunts. DH wants to see it, but I think I should send him alone........unless there are hot guys to see. :rotfl:

Yes, I'm not into cars at all, but Lights, Motors, Action was lots of fun. And exciting, too. Go see it, you'll enjoy it.

I thought it was just ok. The driving is really good, but it seems like the show could just be so much better. I'm glad I saw it once, but I plan on skipping it next trip.

I went in July so maybe it is better now, but the lines to go into the stadium were the most completely unorganized lines that I have ever seen at disney- lots and lots of cutting and the people who did not have fastpasses did not even get to start coming into the stadium until after the show was started so it was very distracting with that many people still coming in to the stadium and looking for seats.

I had to "drag" my wife into this one, but she actually enjoyed it. She's not a car stunt fan either.

My entire family had two strikes against us going into this one...we aren't huge fans of stunt shows and none of us care that much about exploding cars.

But we actually enjoyed this one. It was interesting to see how the stunts worked. That said, however, I'm glad I saw it once, but I probably would by-pass it on subsequent visits. ;)

But, I'd suggest seeing it at least once. :wave2:

It's worth seeing rather than making your poor husband go alone! Hopefully the action will keep you occupied so DH doesn't have to worry about your being there just for the 'hot guys'.

Don't make him go alone! It's not bad at all - my mom and I went with DH and we were all entertained.

It's a good, enjoyable show. Glad I saw it once but don't plan on seeing it again.

I agree you need to go and see it at least once. I went in June, it was alright, but nothing I would write home about. I don't know what I expected, but it was not there. Yes it was neat seeing how they do the stunts, but I think there was to much of the same thing over and over and over. :confused3

none of us loved it. The testosterone in the family thought it was good, but would have liked more action and less explaining of how it is all done. I personally was bored and woudn't see it again

LOL. My husband did not want to stand up and watch the Cinderellabration show with me last time, so I figured it'd be payback to send him in alone. ;) . Even the promise of hot princesses didn't work. :)

I took a nap while DH watched it show put me to sleep in the 1st 2 minutes slept thru the entire show.

DH admitted it was not worth his time we won't be doing it again.

I'm not a huge car fan and I liked the show and I WOULD see it again!

You go to the stunt show with him.....then "drag" him to go see Tarzan Rocks at AK.
(If you have not see the show, you are in for an "eye-candy" treat!) Tarzan is YUMMY!!!

So true. :teeth: I always told my boyfriend that we had to see this show because of how much I love the "music". ;) :rotfl:

As for the stunt show, I am willing to give it a try once. I wasn't overly thrilled when they announced they were putting this in MGM.

I liked it better the second time..
its better than cinderellabration thats for sure.. but still a bit boring for my liking!

THe boys love it though....

Not worth the Fast-pass extra trip over there. Even my DS12 was kind of bored. We had a long wait even with fast-pass, and about 15 min. of sitting in our seats before the show started. Not worth the wait.
