I'm doing snaps and eyelets for the first time in my scrapbook. I want to make mickey heads with them. I seen this on a layout on twopeas.
It's so adorable!
Anyway...I bought silver eyelets and brads. Made my heads and the brads stick up more than I like. So I got some silver snaps. I put them together tonight. My setting tool leaves a point sticking up on my snap.
Is there another tool I need for snaps or am I just doing this wrong? I did snaps before on a swap and this didn't happen. Does the metal make a difference?
I would appreciate any advice you can give me. These are so cute and I can't wait to get them in my book.
