I've decided its time to talk, but I don't know where to start!
I've had a medical problem that forced me to go on medication that doesn't react well with carbs. I guess I've started a modified Atkins! I've really cut down on carbs over the last few months, but haven't really seen any results. Everyone else has, but I think I still see myself as I was.
Anyway, I went shopping with my mom over the weekend & found some great deals on pants (all of mine are falling off!) I had been wearing an 18 or 20 so I tried on a 16 .... THEY WERE TOO BIG!!
Who woulda thunk it!
Now I'm really ready to work at getting the weight off & toning up. I can see where the weight has come off & I don't like the looks of it! I've heard a lot about Curves. Does it really work? What type of $ commitment is needed? I can't afford new clothes & a huge gym bill, too!
