No more excuses, I gotta get working on this challenge. The weather is supposed to improve so I want to start walking again today after work. There's one issue, though. Everytime I start walking or jogging after a long layoff, my legs and butt start itching like crazy and it's very distracting. It's very aggravating. Any suggestions from the pros?
