OK...I have a bike and would like to use it...

I want to know what the thing you can add to a bike so you can cycle inside is called. It is like a kickstand that you can put on the back wheel and then you can do it inside too...anyone know?

They're called bike stands or trainers. They cost around $100. You should be able to find one at a bike shop or Sports Authority. Good luck.

Don't forget to look in the classified section of the paper or ebay or a store that sells used exercise equipment. There is a place in our area called "Play it Again Sports". Maybe you can find a used bike stand thingy that is in good condition but doesn't sell at the retail price!

And if you do ride your bike inside, you won't have to worry about helmet hair!
