Ok, I found out what Disney uses for the Philharmagic scent.

[DJ Disney Kid]

Its Glade Apple Cinnamon. If its not, I'll eat my hat. If your looking for the scent in your home, buy this brand, its an exact match.

Maybe it's a hat made of toast and jelly.

I thought it was more of a cherry smell than an apple smell.

While they do smell very similar, I can assure you that Disney does not use that for the scent.

Earlier this summer I was touring model homes with my DD, DSIS & DMIL and one of the homes smelled just like the pie smell in Philharmagic. There were Glade Plug-Ins all over the house and the sales rep said it was the Apple Cinnamon scent.
