I have a question to those who are more computer savy than I. I recently purchased a new computer. I have also "gone back to school". This new computer does not have a "floppy disk drive". I used to use floppy disks for everything..Since I don't have one, what do i use ..for example I have to do a Power Point presentation. I would normally use a floppy. What do i use now? Can i put a power point presentation on a CD/DVDrom? Any help would be appreciated :0
Thanks!

If you have a CD burner (which Im sure you have, with a new PC) Yes - you can. Or you can save it to a memory stick/external hard drive/memory card.

Does your new computer have a USB port? I'm sure it does, they all do now. All you need is a little "zip drive" or "thumb drive" to connect to the USB port, and it will store all the data and Powerpoint presentations you'd like.

You can get them at any office supply, computer or regular store like Target. :) They're very small and convenient, much better than the old floppy disks.

Enjoy!
