Here are some of my first shots with my new Cannon Rebel XTI.
They are FAR from good, but they are my starting point. Most of them are taken on the auto setting just until I get the feel for the camera. Some are taken with the action setting...
This one is my son playing ball. It is set on night shot because it was dark out...
This is my son's lion toy in our car. This was taken on auto:
This was an action shot:
I think this one was set for portrait setting:
It has been so freaking hot here (102-105 everyday), that I haven't been able to go out and get many good outdoor shots. I took 187 on Friday alone and dh took the camera out to the local high school football practice. I haven't uploaded those yet. When I do, I will post the good ones.
One thing I have noticed is that on the "rapid fire" shots - they are blurry. What could I be doing wrong there?
Thanks for all your help guys...please remember I am a beginner!
