OK, help me figure out how much I'll need for our trip

We are DH, Me, DS9, DD12 and DD's friend12(we are paying her expenses). Our accomodations are already paid for(Cypress Pointe, off site) and I am buying our passes today(1 day FL Res ticket with hopping and 2 pluses).

1)We plan to eat quick breakfasts in our room each day as the kids are not really breakfast eaters.
2)We will eat one counter service and one sit down meal each day. Usually I have PS's planned but this time we're kind of "winging it" so no PS's which makes it harder to figure the food costs.
3)We will buy a few snacks and water throughout the day
4)We will probably spend about $25 per kid on souveniers(not daily, total)
5)We will be there a total of 5 days. Arrival day, (swim and an off site dinner show),Typhoon Lagoon day, DQ day, MK/Epcot day, Departure day(DTD shopping)

So, I came up with $100 per day for our group just off the top of my head and I now of course realize that won't be near enough.

So, what do you think I should budget for......
snacks/drinks/breakfast food/coffe at Cypress Pointe?
daily amount for food and snacks for our group?
any other items I'm not thinking of?

If you do breakfast in the room, try to make your sit down at lunch, then counter at dinner you should be able to do it for around $100-125 a day, I think. You should have an easier time since you'll be offsite. I'm assumming that you'll have a car, which would mean that you could do some of your meals offsite. Obviously, while your at the water park you'll be doing counter lunch. Maybe you can do something less expensive for a couple of evening dinners to offset your in park sit down meals. Are your kids big eaters? Maybe they could share a meal. I think you can probably do the $100 on some days since your not tying yourself to the parks everyday. While your at DD try Earl of Sandwich, great food, really reasonable. You might consider packing a few snacks and some water for your park days, that should help your budget a little bit. Hope you can figure it all out.
