I see all these wonderful commercials, movies, etc that show the oj or milk in a lovely glass pitcher....LOOKS fantastic...really. But do you really do that?

We have breakfast as a family on the weekends...other than that DH is at work by 5 or 6 am and the girls (and I) are at their school (and work) between 7-8, they get a hot breakfast at "school".....me, well I am not a huge fan of breakfast, unless of course the Chippendales are serving up some Mickey waffles...my question...do you guys use that "pitcher" or serve out of the "jug"?

Got Kidding me pitcher for milk and juice. Me and mom go to work at different times. The only time we have breakfeast together is on Sunday and both is off on the same day.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Yes I am boring. I'm trying to post every thread that I see. I don't gavk to work until Wed.

we just use the jug.....lol im not going to use that pitcher because then Id have to wash it....

Half the time we drink out of the container :rotfl: , but sometimes we make orange juice (no glass though, it's plastic in this house).

My Mom used to do that with the OJ, but she mixed up that concentrate stuff.

out of the carton but sometimes I buy v-8 or pineapple juice in a can which i put in a pitcher or I make frozen oj.

Out of the plastic bottle. I don't even think I own a milk pitcher.

I make it fresh every morning and put it in a pitcher and have it sitting on the table for the family when they come to eat.:lmao: Yeah right!!!! Actually we just use the jug unless i make frozen then it gets put in a pitcher.

If I'm having people over for breakfast / brunch, I will put them in pitchers. otherwise, no way.

When I was growing up the only kind of juice my mom bought was the stuff frozen in the can, so ours was always in a pitcher.

We hosted a New Year's Day brunch today for some friends, and I had OJ and milk in some pretty Fiestaware pitchers. On a regular daily basis, though, it's the plastic jug for us.

Same here. As for milk, I just don't see the point in dirtying another dish for the sake of serving. To me, the plastic jug is the pitcher.

The only time I eat breakfast is at Disney when the nice CMs get up early to bake me a chocolate croissant!

in the jug-with the lid tightly sealed for storage. liquid dairy products seem to absorb tastes and odors from other stuff stored in the fridge-so i keep them in their containers with the lids on.

as for juice-unless it's concentrate and i have to mix it, it stays in the original container.

If I have company and it is a holiday I put the beverages in a pitcher otherwise it's the carton or jug for us.
