I tried to mix it up, relaxing atmosphere and exciting atmosphere... taking a break from the antics and submersing ourselves in the antics. I think we are pretty well-balanced. Our dining plans include 3 meals as a Grand Gathering of 14 people, w/ extended family. Those will be: LTT, WCC, and 50's PT.

The only down side, we're not trying any new places; although it has been 10 years since we dined at LTT.

I plan on celebrating my birhtday with a Kitchen Sink (family will help) at Beaches & Cream!

I forgot about Jiko! I'm really looking forward to going to AKL again. And I'll be watching the reports for the new italian restaurant at the Swan. I may add that one in later.

Good luck to all with the ADRs. I'm not going to call 'til the end of the month. I'm pretty flexible with times, so I don't worry that much (and I don't usually do any heavy-hitters like CRT).

I can't book until 2-26 but here's our plan

Breakfast: Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Cape May Cafe

Lunch: Sci Fi

Dinner: Teppanyaki, The Plaza, Mama Melrose Fantasmic, Coral Reef, Biergarten, Spoodles, Le Cellier

We always like to try new restaurants (or ones we haven't tried in a while) Our new restaurants this trip are : Whispering Canyon Cafe, Cape May Cafe, The Plaza and Coral Reef.

Since it is a 10th anniversary trip we are going back to a couple that we haven't been to since our honeymoon: Biergarten and Spoodles.

Then of course, there are the old favorites that we never miss: Teppanyaki, Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, Sci Fi and Le Cellier

Since I am a compulsive planner, I am sure I will be on the phone when it opens on my 180th day. Last year when I did that, the CM couldn't believe I wasn't calling to get the castle. He said "Only people trying to eat at the castle are on the phone now!!"
