ok another fracilien 2nd and 3rd day question

how about this ........

if i went to dlp for only a day trip, bought my 6 fracilien passes (hopefully getting number 6 free for my under 7 year old) then only used it for the one day, came home and then went back again for a second trip, would that get round the 2nd and 3rd day restrictions?

Would my second trip count as day 2 and day 3 or would the new trip be counted from the begining again (ie as day 1)
