1. Can you get the dining plan with DVC now?
2. Can DVC be used as a tax deduction? As in the interest you pay on the loan?
3. What is the rate that disney offers for their loan?

Ok, that should be it for a while. I have been finding a lot of great information. We'll probably go in and talk to someone when we visit in October. I just like to know all my stuff before I get there. Thanks for the help!

I can answer 1 & 2. Yes and Yes. As for 3 I don't know what the current rate is. Sorry :)

The DDP is available to DVC members and I believe DVC members are the only ones who can purchase it without purchasing at least a one day park pass.

DVC members can writeoff the property taxes that are a part of the annual dues as long as they itemize deductions on their income tax returns.

The interest on the loan is just like any other interest which means generally...no deduction... unless it was your primary residence. As with all tax items...check with your tax advisor.

:wave2: Hi Concord! Just down the road from ya :goodvibes

1. Yes, it's (approx) $38 per nt/per adult, $10 per nt/per child 9 & under

2. Yes,yes. Of course check with your tax advisor, but it's deeded as real property like a 2nd/vacation home.

3. I believe it's 10.75%, they also don't report it to anyone so it doesn't affect your credit score.

Property taxes get paid out of the annual dues/maintenance fees
