We are going to Yellowstone via Rte90 this summer. We have already been to Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Custer Park however the people we are travelling with have not been to these places. We plan on stopping at them.

My question is on our last trip we had a few quick stops along the way - Wisconsin Cheese Factory, Jolly Green Giant, Spam Museum. Any other quick places to see along the route so that are trip is a little different?

Thanks!

When you say you have been to Custer Park, that is Custer State Park and the wildlife loop near Rushmore? There is also the Little Bighorn National Monument in MT. Though maybe you get off Route 90 before then, depending how you enter Yellowstone. Also, by Rushmore/Custer State Park, did you ever drive the Needles Highway and/or Iron Mountain Road? Devils Tower in WY?

Make sure to take a short detour to devil's tower. It is remarkable. We like to stop in Deadwood when in the Black Hills. Wall Drug store in Wall SD is iconic and always worth a quick stop.
